Automatic grinding wheel changer
TA-5 PLUS is equipped with 3 wheel package and coolant distributor. Each pack is with up to 3 pcs of wheels/set. It will Auto. change to different wheel package as per the process procedures to perform rough grinding, finish grinding and polish grinding at one time. Spray oil device with 2 areas separately; it's the new design for grinding area and tooling area. It can cool down the grinding wheel temperate while grinding.
 
V-support seat
By U axis supporter synchronous with grinding position. It can suppress the run out issue for long workpiece during grinding; it also can setting the fixing position for supporter. The workpiece supporter adding the depress-ing new design to assure long workpiece the cutting edge grinding stability.
